RACE RESULTS

The Fireball 2010 National Championships took place at Baltimore Sailing Club, County Cork, on the 27th - 29th August 2010. The event was a great success with 24 boats competing on the water over three days of racing with nine races completed in the series.

Ireland have won the Commodores Cup !!!!

Sailing history has been made... Irish team of Antix (Anthony O'Leary BSC & RCYC) Mariniers Co ve (Dave Dwyer BSC & RCYC) and Roxy (Rob Davies) sweep the boards at Cowes.... Well done lads!! ANTIX top individual Boat and Mariners Cove Runners Up.

The Fireball Association 2010 Championship of Ireland Regatta will take place at Baltimore Sailing Club (BSC), Baltimore, County Cork, on 27th - 29th August 2010. The Organizing Authority is Baltimore Sailing Club (BSC) in association with the Irish Fireball Association.

The dates for this years Laser Icicles has been changed from 27/28th November to 4/5th December.

So the new dates for your calendar is 4th December 2010 and 5th December 2010

Racing for Keelboats, Ruffians, First 21s, Cork 1720’s and Hare Island Sloops 29th, 30th, and 31st July 2010

The following trophies are to be contended: Chez Youen Cruisers Trophy, The B J Marine 21s Trophy, Munster Ruffians Championship, Field Cup Hare Island Sloops Trophy, and the Fahy Cup for 1720’s (series sailed on 30th and 31st), The Baltimore Sailing Club 1720 Championship cup (series sailed on 29th July).
